What if nothing sells?

Nothing to pay either way. If an item isn't worth selling on, we route it to donation or recycling instead of sending it back to you or the bin.

Do I pay anything upfront?

No. There's nothing to pay to join the list or to have your bag graded. We take a cut only from items that actually sell.

How do I know I'm not being lowballed?

Each item is routed to wherever it's likely to sell for the most, rather than a single flat offer for the whole bag. You can see what each piece was sold for.

I don't know what any of it's worth — do I need to?

No. That's the part we do. You don't grade or price anything — you just take the photo and we work out what each piece is worth.
